Tanco Autowrap has unveiled two new online systems within our Distributors Section.

During this season, Tanco Autowrap has unveiled two new online systems within our Distributors Section:

• Tanco Warranty
• Tanco Media Support

Distributors Section
On the bottom the 'Tanco Home Page' www.tanco.ie, a link can be found to the 'Distributors Section'. This link will allow you to access the 'Tanco Warranty' & 'Tanco Media Support' areas.

The Media site uses a common username and password. If you are a distributor and have not received notification of the Media site log-in settings, then please contact Tanco.



The warranty site
requires re-entering your username & password which will ensure that your company information remains secure.

Tanco Warranty

As with many other manufactures, Tanco has launched its own 'Online Warranty System'. You will find that this is a straightforward user friendly area. All the required sections for claim data can be found; additional information such as images can now also be added.

• Warranty claims will only be accepted by this method. Posted or faxed claims will be returned.

Upon completion of the form, Tanco is immediately notified of its addition. It can also be viewed and printed for your records. When the status of the claim changes you will receive an e-mail notified automatically.

• All claims can be returned to at any stage for editing, printing & viewing.

Tanco Media Support

The Media section is accessed with a Password and Username. If you are a distributor and have not received notification of the Media site log-in settings, then please contact Tanco.

 

Once the details have been entered, the login information can be saved for future use. For return visits or quick access to this site save this address to your desktop or as favourite. www.media.tanco.ie/media

 

This section contains manuals, technical sheets and advertising material. It is continually updated, if you cannot find the information you require contact Tanco and we can point you in the right direction. If the information that you want is not on the site it can be added following your request.
