1320 EH
The 1320 EH is the latest model in the 1300 bale wrapper series. It retains the high performance, low maintenance, compact size, and versatility that have made the 1300 bale wrapper so popular with contractors and farmers.
The big advancement of the 1320 EH is the unique, patented twin folding wrap arms. This design enables rapid wrapping and stacking on a compact machine in one process - vastly reducing time, labour and equipment.
On the final turn of the wrapping cycle, the wrapping arms fold together bringing both film dispensers side by side, allowing the film from both spools to be cut and held by a single cut & start unit. As soon as the next cycle starts, the arms unfold to the conventional wrapping position.
The twin wrapping arms are evenly balanced, allowing for high wrapping speeds, while eliminating the rocking motion associated with single arm machines. The new twin tower design maintains the compact and robust build of the 1300 Series, while creating a twin arm capable of high outputs – all on a machine weighing only 700kgs.
The new, more compact chassis and roller arm design produce very fast loading and unloading times, achieving an output comparable to any high speed wrapper. The additional benefit of the wrap & stack capability make the 1320 an ideal machine for contractors.

RDS Expert Controller
RDS Expert Series allows full automation of bale wrapper as all functions are controlled through electro-hydraulic valves.
Speed Control Valve
The control valve allows the operator to adjust the speed of the satellite arm ensuring an accurate overlap.
Dual Stretch Dispenser
Aluminium dispenser maintains consistent stretch as well as allowing a quick changeover of stretch levels from 55% to 70%.
Film Changeover
Film rolls can be easily loaded into dispenser unit with unique locking mechanism, saving time and effort.
Film Break Sensor
In the event of a roll of film running out of plastic or breaking during the wrapping cycle, the operator is automatically alerted. On bale wrappers with two rolls of film, the wrapping cycle speed is automatically reduced when one roll is still operational, ensuring the correct overlap and allowing the operator to finish the cycle until the plastic roll is replaced. The electronic controller will resume where it left off in the event the operator needs to change the plastic roll during the wrapping cycle.
Bale Stop Roller
This acts as a bale stop when loading. During wrapping, this ensures the bale stays in the same position when being rotated.
Cut & Start
Hydraulic cut & start unit holds the film at the beginning of the wrapping cycle and cuts it at the end.
Autostop
The bale wrapper runs through the wrapping cycle and automatically finishes after a set number of rotations, ready for off loading.
Double Driven Rollers
Both rollers are independently motor driven to ensure a consistent rotation of the bale.
Twin Tower Support
Two tubular tower masts gives maximum strength and ensures the long life of the wrapper.
Folding Satellite Wrap Arms
A whole new concept in satellite bale wrapping. The wrap arms are split and hydraulically fold together from the central hinge point.
Two Dispensers – One Cut & Start
As the twin satellite wrapping arms fold together, both dispensers pass the cut and start where both rolls of film are cut and held in the one cut and start.

Allows for the silage bale to be dropped onto its flat side when unloading.
Bale Stop Roller (Second)

Dispenser gears to allow 33% stretch level.
Ground Support Roller
Keeps wrapper clear of contact with the ground (eliminates soil contamination). Dramatically increases overall stability of machine especially on sloped areas and for smaller tractors.
Loader Quick Attach Bracket
Required for front loader mounted wrappers. Simple quick fit mechanism. Suitable for most modern loader attachments.
Controller Cable Extension (4m/6m)
Additional cable required for front loader mounting wrappers where the standard cable from wrapper will not reach.
Load Sensing/High Flow Valve
For front loader mounted wrappers where additional load sensing valve is required.
Rotate After Wrap Arm
Once the bale is wrapped the bale can be rotated (length of rotation time set by operator). Eliminates any gathering of loose film.
