E100 SA: Round Bale Wrapper : Tanco Autowrap

The E100 SA EcoWrap is the latest edition to the Tanco line of trailed bale wrappers.

This model is targeted at small/medium sized operators that need an affordable, reliable, yet versatile wrapper for round bales. The machine is cable operated using 3 lever controls.

The display controller holds the wrapping lever in place until the wrap cycle is complete.

A key feature of this wrapper is the automatic hydraulic cut & start system. “One touch” bale eject and cut system. When the tipping lever is engaged to eject the bale a unique hydraulic cut and start function automatically activates at exactly the correct moment to give a perfectly finished bale.

Equipment

RDS Bale Counter

The counter calculates the number of revolutions and the cycle finishes after tipping.

3 Lever Joystick Control

The joystick allows semi-automatic control of the bale wrapper.

Dual Stretch Dispenser

Aluminium dispenser maintains consistent stretch as well as allowing a quick changeover of stretch levels from 55% to 70%.

3 Film Roll Holders

Additional film rolls can be stored and transported on the bale wrapper.

Film Changeover

Film rolls can be easily loaded into dispenser unit with unique locking mechanism, saving time and effort.

Bale Stop Roller

This acts as a bale stop when loading. During wrapping, this ensures the bale stays in the same position when being rotated.

Swivel Extendable Axle

Swivel extendable axle that eliminates the need for counterbalance weights.

Cut & Start

Hydraulic cut & start unit holds the film at the beginning of the wrapping cycle and cuts it at the end.

Optional Equipment

End Tip Kit

Allows for the silage bale to be dropped onto its flat side when unloading.

Film Adaptor

Extension for using 500mm plastic.

Dispenser Gears (33%)

Dispenser gears to allow 33% stretch level.

Closed Centre Plug

Hydraulic plug for closed centre hydraulics.

Closed Centre - Open Centre Tap Plug

Hydraulic plug with a tap to switch from closed center to open center hydraulics, if wrapper is to be used on tractors that use either hydraulic arrangement.
