1540 EH : Square and Round Bale Wrapper : Tanco Autowrap

The robust 1540 EH bale wrapper is the most versatile of its kind, capable of wrapping both square and round silage bales. The machine has a unique roller system with two independently driven rollers that ensure a smooth and consistent bale rotation. With two wrap arms, the 1540 EH is a very fast wrapper achieving double the speed of a one arm wrapper.

Twin bales also can be wrapped in a single pack. A “rotate after wrap” feature allows multi-positioning of wrapped square bales between 0.47 meters to 1.4 meters in height to a maximum length of 1.5 meters.

Finally, this agricultural wrapping machine can be linkage mounted, thereby vastly reducing operator costs.

RDS Expert Controller
RDS Expert Series allows full automation of bale wrapper as all functions are controlled through electro-hydraulic valves.

Rock & Roll System
Unique system for ensuring a consistent rotation of square bales for an excellent overlapping of strech wrap.

Speed Control Valve
The control valve allows the operator to adjust the speed of the satellite arm ensuring an accurate overlap.

Autostop
The bale wrapper runs through the wrapping cycle and automatically finishes after a set number of rotations, ready for off loading.

Ground Support Roller
Keeps wrapper clear of contact with the ground (eliminates soil contamination). Dramatically increases overall stability of machine especially on sloped areas and for smaller tractors.

Rotate After Wrap Arm
Once the bale is wrapped the bale can be rotated (length of rotation time set by operator). Eliminates any gathering of loose film.

Double Driven Rollers
Both rollers are independently motor driven to ensure a consistent rotation of the bale.

Dual Stretch Dispenser
Aluminium dispenser maintains consistent stretch as well as allowing a quick changeover of stretch levels from 55% to 70%.

Film Adaptor
Extension for using 500mm plastic.

Film Changeover
Film rolls can be easily loaded into dispenser unit with unique locking mechanism, saving time and effort.

Film Roll Holders
Additional film rolls can be stored and transported on the bale wrapper.

Cut & Start (Two)
Hydraulic cut & start units mounted individually on two drop down arms on both sides of the wrapper. These fold in for transport position.

Twin Tower Support
Two tubular tower masts gives maximum strength and ensures the long life of the wrapper.

Parking Stand
For easy transfer from tractor to standalone position.
