The 1804 S is an extremely compact and efficient square and round bale wrapper. It is ideal for contractors who wish to wrap at the point of stacking.
The stand alone machine has a twin bale wrap sequence. The wrapper is fully automatic and can be operated via radio remote control from the tractor cab. While wrapping, the operator can stack wrapped silage bales and prepare loading the next bale.
This agricultural wrapping machine is also very versatile. The bale wrapper has hydraulically adjustable rollers which can be quickly changed to fit bale sizes of 0.6 to 1.4 meters in height to a maximum of 2 meters in length. The height levels are also independently hydraulically adjustable at the front and rear to ensure a sturdy position.
The 1804 S is fitted with a 20 horse power Kubota diesel engine and oil cooler kit as standard.
Standard Equipment RDS Expert Controller RDS Expert Series allows full automation of bale wrapper as all functions are controlled through electro-hydraulic valves. Radio Remote Control Unit The new handheld radio remote control kit only requires the operator to be within 50 meters of the wrapper.
Rock & Roll System Unique system for ensuring a consistent rotation of square bales for an excellent overlapping of strech wrap.
Speed Control Valve The control valve allows the operator to adjust the speed of the satellite arm ensuring an accurate overlap.
Autostop The bale wrapper runs through the wrapping cycle and automatically finishes after a set number of rotations, ready for off loading.
Rotate After Wrap Arm Once the bale is wrapped the bale can be rotated (length of rotation time set by operator). Eliminates any gathering of loose film.
Dual Stretch Dispenser Aluminium dispenser maintains consistent stretch as well as allowing a quick changeover of stretch levels from 55% to 70%.
Film Changeover Film rolls can be easily loaded into dispenser unit with unique locking mechanism, saving time and effort.
Film Roll Holders Additional film rolls can be stored and transported on the bale wrapper.
Cut & Start Hydraulic cut & start unit holds the film at the beginning of the wrapping cycle and cuts it at the end.
Twin Tower Support Two tubular tower masts gives maximum strength and ensures the long life of the wrapper.
Bale Drop Mat The silage bale is tipped off wrapper and drops onto this protective mat.

Film Break Sensor In the event of a roll of film running out of plastic or breaking during the wrapping cycle, the operator is automatically alerted. On bale wrappers with two rolls of film, the wrapping cycle speed is automatically reduced when one roll is still operational, ensuring the correct overlap and allowing the operator to finish the cycle until the plastic roll is replaced. The electronic controller will resume where it left off in the event the operator needs to change the plastic roll during the wrapping cycle.
Film Adaptor Extension for using 500mm plastic.
Cut & Start (Two) Hydraulic cut & start units mounted individually on two drop down arms on both sides of the wrapper. These fold in for transport position.
